Step One

You must attend a mandatory 40 hour Life, Accident & Sickness Class. Below you will find two recommended schools to choose from.

Step Two

  Once you have completed the class, you will need to schedule an appointment to take your state exam at one of the many local testing centers. (Info provided in class) The cost of the test is $90.00.  

Step Three

  After you pass your test, you will need to contact our office to set up an appointment so that we can get the necessary documents to start your contracting process. You will need to bring with you the following:   

1) Class Certificate -State requires All Original Copies. Please Be Sure To Make Copies For Your Records. 

2) Completion- Original Test 

3) Check $75.00 Made Payable to Georgia DOI.  

4) Copy of Certificate of E&O Coverage - (Please See E&O Link on the Home page for more information.) 

5) Voided Check (For Direct Deposit)
